Mazyar M. Hedayat went to college at the University of Chicago and University of Michigan, got his MBA from U.M.'s Ross School of Business, and obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law . He has also been at the helm of an independent title agency, a credit negotiation firm, an Attorney-portal, and a document sharing and collaboration site. Mr. Hedayat has held Series 7 and 63 securities licenses as well as an Illinois business broker's license. Mr. Hedayat has been a regular columnist for TechnoLawyer, has written for Law Technology News, and manages a network of blogs and websites including The Illinois Bankruptcy Lawyer's Blog and Practicehacker . Mr. Hedayat also consults with a number of startups and early stage companies including Clio, Critical Life Data, and Aroma MD .

Ms. Partovi has managed a number of small businesses, including her own retail establishment. She performs human resources functions as well as bookkeeping and account management.
