The firm also represents clients in divorce, estate planning, and business transactions. The firm was founded in 1995 by Mazyar Hedayat after graduating from DePaul University College of Law. Prior to law school Mr. Hedayat earned his MBA with a concentration in corporate strategy from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Mr. Hedayat is also a Partner in The Credit Relief Center.
