Mazyar M. Hedayat is the President of M. Hedayat & Associates, P.C. Mr. Hedayat went to college at the University of Chicago and University of Michigan, got his MBA from the Ross School of Business, and obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is also a Partner in The Credit Relief Center, was the CEO of elawcentral, and co-developed lawfiles, a document sharing and collaboration site. Mr. Hedayat has held Series 7 and 63 securities licenses as well as an Illinois business broker's license. I In addition to practicing law Mr. Hedayat is a regular columnist for TechnoLawyer, has written for Law Technology News, and manages a network of blogs and websites including The Illinois Bankruptcy Lawyer’s Blog, Bankruptcy Lawyer in Illinois, and Practicehacker, Mr. Hedayat also consults or serves as a board member to a number of startups and early stage companies including Clio, Critical Life Data, and Aroma MD.
