In addition to being an Attorney Mr. Hedayat earned his MBA from the University of Michigan in 1990 and has held Series 7 and 63 Securities licences. He is also the principle of Aegis Title Services, Inc., a full-service agency of Chicago Title servicing Illinois and parts of Wisconsin. Mr. Hedayat is a frequent lecturer and author, and currently serves as the Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee of the DuPage County Bar Association as well as being a member of the Publication Board for the bar journal, the Brief.
